Nice and peacefule place

It was a very nice stay, specially if you prefer to be in a quieter place yet within walking distance of the old city.

Great value for money but a bit of a walk into the centre with bad payments , not the hotel s fault however . The city need to sort the pavements.

This was perfect for what we needed. Good location for Carcassonne and very helpful, personal service. We slept well and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. And they were very patient with my very rusty French!

I am unable to comment on the hotel as I was unable to change the date of my arrival. I have been a user of Brit Hotels for some years and am very disappointed that they were unwilling to alter my dates and simply banked my money without me being able to use the hotel. There are many other hotels groups that do not have such draconian and inflexible policies and I will be using them in the future. Your decsion has resulted in the loss of much more business than the money you retained
