Our hotel is ideally located in Carcassonne’s city center and its reception is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on Mondays through Fridays, and from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The staff is here to answer any questions you might have during your stay.

This was perfect for what we needed. Good location for Carcassonne and very helpful, personal service. We slept well and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. And they were very patient with my very rusty French!
